I'm Nico, a backend developer by day who got tired of waiting and started shipping small products at night. This site is where I document the whole thing — the wins, the failures, and everything in between.

The goal is simple: build enough small internet products that they add up to a living. No venture capital, no growth hacking theater — just tools people actually use.
